1 The purchase of an Advert on this Grid will be deemed to be an acceptance of these conditions by the Advertiser:
2 We gratefully acknowledge the support of businesses whose Adverts appear in our Services, and whilst every care is taken to ensure accuracy, We cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage, or omission cause by error in the printing of an Advert or other information.
3 Adverts are accepted on the understanding that descriptions of goods and services are fair and accurate. We cannot accept responsibility for views expressed by contributors, or for the accuracy of claims made by Advertisers.
4 We take no responsibility for the content of your Advert. It is your responsibility to ensure that your Advert is legal and copyright free.
5 We reserve the right to refuse Adverts which may be defamatory or offensive or which promote products that may be considered indecent/illegal.
6 We can make no guarantees that your Advert will be successful; therefore we are unable to offer you a refund if you receive no response. The cost of your Advert covers the cost of administration.
7 When you book your Advert, you are agreeing to pay the annual current Advert price.
8 Your Advert is paid for by credit card or Paypal Account through our Paypal secure services.
8.1 Your Advert will be subject to VAT if necessary.
8.2 Any bank charges incurred by us due to returned funds are required to be paid by the Advertiser.
9 The Website may be altered at Our discretion without prior warning.
10 We will take the steps set out in our privacy policy to endeavour to secure any personal data and credit card information you give us
11 We do not represent or warrant that access to our Website, or any part of it will be uninterrupted, reliable or fault free.
11.1 We exclude all liability (whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise and whether or not due to our negligence) which we may otherwise have to you as a result of:
a) any technical, factual, textual, or typographical inaccuracies, error or omissions on or relating to our Website or any information on our Website;
b) the unavailability of our Website (or any part of it), or services;
c) any delay in providing, or failure to provide or make available, services;
11.2 Our maximum liability to you in respect of your use of our Website or any services we provide or make available to you through or in relation to our Website will be nil. You agree that we shall have no liability for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, income or profits or damages for loss of or damage to property.
12 Your Advert will remain current for 12 months from the date of payment. You will be eligible for the free monthly draw during this period provided the Website is available.
12.1 You may terminate your subscription at any time on 30 days notice to us. No refunds are available.
13 We reserve the right at any time without notice to revise the content of our Website (including the services offered by us including the partial or complete withdrawal of our services) and these terms and conditions. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be posted on our site and by continuing to use our site following any such change you will signify that you agree to be bound by the revised terms and conditions of use.
14 You agree that we may collect, store, and use information about you in accordance with our privacy policy. You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy.
15 We shall not be liable to you for any breach of these terms and conditions of use or any failure to provide or delay in providing our services through our Website resulting from any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, terrorism, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, fire, explosion or accident.

“Advertiser” means the party who books the Advert space
“Advert” means the entry onto the Website
“Prize Draw” means the free entry prize draw associated with the Advert
17 GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
18 PRIZE DRAW RULES
18.1 Entry is strictly limited to one entry per Advert
18.2 The prize draw will take place monthly during the period the Website is available
18.2 The prize is as stated and there is no cash alternative to the stated prize. We reserve the right to offer a similar prize or a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize is unavailable.
